• What is Prefabricated Building?

  Prefabricated buildings are light steel construction systems that are prefabricated in a factory environment. All components including wall panels, roof and ceiling coverings, doors and windows, electrical installations and interior and exterior paint applications are prepared in the production facility. They are then shipped to the installation site and made ready for use in a short time by our professional assembly teams. In this way, prefabricated buildings stand out with the advantages of fast production, easy assembly, high quality standards and long-lasting use.

• What Are Prefabricated Houses Like?

  In prefabricated houses, a detailed building plan is prepared first. Standard materials are determined according to the climatic conditions of the region to be built. In addition to standard materials, optional material selections are also offered in accordance with the intended use, durability needs and aesthetic expectations. After the building plan, the materials to be used and the production process are clarified, a contract is made. Our company realizes the shipment of the building within the committed time and the installation is completed by our professional assembly team. Thanks to this process, prefabricated houses stand out with the advantages of customized planning, fast delivery and reliable assembly.

• What is included in our prices?

  If you request installation service from us, our professional installation team offers this service included in the price. However, please note that assembly and installation services are not included in this scope for products delivered on EXW (Zero Delivery) basis. Our prices for prefabricated buildings delivered at advanced rough construction level include the supply of all main building materials, installation of doors, windows, skylights and glass panels, interior and exterior paint applications, electrical and plumbing installations, installation of lighting fixtures and sockets, installation of plumbing fixtures and complete assembly of the structure. Our customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and legal approvals before starting the installation. Relevant institutions usually require an architectural project, electrical project, plumbing project, mechanical plan and ground survey. It is the customer's responsibility to provide these documents.

• What should the customer do?

  Ground concrete, all kinds of excavation and landscaping works, floor and wall coverings (screed, ceramic, carpet, tile, etc.), making external connections outside the prefabricated building (electricity, sewage, clean water), permits and license procedures to be obtained from the municipality, heating and cooling installations (heating, air conditioning, etc.), meeting the accommodation and food costs of the assembly team in assemblies outside Istanbul, transportation of prefabricated building materials and transportation insurance by our customers.

• What are the payment methods?

  Payment terms can be 100% in advance or 50% on order and 50% before shipment, depending on the project contract.

• Do you get the license of the prefabricated building?

  It is the responsibility of our customers to obtain licenses and other legal permits. Relevant institutions usually request architectural project, electrical project, plumbing project, mechanical plan and ground survey. These documents are prepared by our clients and submitted to the institutions.

• How many storeys can prefabricated buildings have at most?

  it can be made in 2 floors.

• Are you able to implement the projects we have requested?

  Yes, we implement special projects requested by our customers. We offer flexible and customizable design options to provide solutions that fit your needs and expectations.

• Are prefabricated houses used only for summer purposes?

  Prefabricated houses have an insulation system that will allow use in all seasons. It can be produced in accordance with all climatic conditions. They are produced by taking into account the climatic characteristics of the region where the structures will be built.

• Are tiles and ceramics applied in wc and bathrooms of prefabricated buildings?

  All applications made in reinforced concrete buildings can also be made in prefabricated buildings. Adhesives used in ceramic applications to be made in wc, bathroom and kitchen should have siliconized (elastic) feature.

• Can I hang paintings, etc. on the wall?

  You can do it with screws instead of nails to the walls panels.

• Can I paint my prefabricated house myself?

  As in reinforced concrete buildings, you can also paint prefabricated buildings yourself if you wish.

• What are the technical specifications of the materials you use?

• Do prefabricated houses reduce the net usable area of the building?

  No, it does not reduce it. On the contrary, it provides net space gain compared to a structure with a reinforced concrete structural system.

• What is your solution for cold areas?

  Thickening the outer walls in cold regions, determining the wall insulation material according to the heat value coefficients of the region to be built. thickening the ceiling insulation, additional coating on the outside of the building (siding, mantle lama, etc.) increases the insulation of the building.

• What is the approximate life expectancy of the building?

  The duration of use of prefabricated buildings is determined by the materials used. The materials used in our standard specifications have an average life of 50 years against natural conditions. The building carrier system and all metal parts in contact with the external nature are galvanized to delay decay and rust.

• If the assembly of the prefabricated building will be done outside the city, what additional requirements are required?

  For the assembly of prefabricated structures abroad, accommodation, meals and air tickets of the assembly team must be covered by the customer. (Our assembly teams consist of 4-5 people. If the client has a team, we provide a supervisor to guide them)
