However, please note that assembly and installation services are not included in this scope for products delivered on EXW (Zero Delivery) basis. Our prices for prefabricated buildings delivered at advanced rough construction level include the supply of all main building materials, installation of doors, windows, skylights and glass panels, interior and exterior paint applications, electrical and plumbing installations, installation of lighting fixtures and sockets, installation of plumbing fixtures and complete assembly of the structure. Our customers are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and legal approvals before starting the installation. Relevant institutions usually require an architectural project, electrical project, plumbing project, mechanical plan and ground survey. It is the customer's responsibility to provide these documents.
